COMPOSITION
Each cream-light yellow colored, speckled, bisect tablet contains 50 mg praziquantel, 200 mg fenbendazole, and 144 mg pyrantel embonate equivalent of 50 mg pyrantel.
INDICATIONS FOR USE
Tenifen Oral Tablet is used for the treatment of roundworm and tapeworm-related parasitic diseases in cats and dogs.
The adult and immature late-stage forms of
Toocara canis, Toxascaris leonina, Echinococcus granulosus, E. Multilocularis, Dipylidium caninum and Taenia spp; the adult stages of
Uncinaria stenocephala, Ancylostoma caninum and
Trichuris vulpis; all stages of
Toxocara cati, Multiceps multiceps, Mesocestoides spp.
ADMINISTRATION ROUTES AND AMOUNTS
For oral administration. The recommended dosage is 1 tablet for each 10 kilograms of body weight.

In puppies, it is recommended to initiate administration at 3 weeks of age and continue regularly every 3 weeks until 12 weeks of age. Afterward, it should be used at 3-month intervals. It should not be used in cats and dogs weighing less than 2 kg. TENIFEN Oral Tablet can be administered orally on its own. Animals do not need to be fasting during treatment. The dose should be administered at once without dividing. To ensure the correct dosage, the animal's body weight should be determined as accurately as possible. The dose should be determined by a veterinarian. To prevent reinfestation, the animal's environment should be carefully cleaned and disinfected.
