COMPOSITION
Yasealto Intramammary Suspension is a white, cream-colored, homogeneous, and sterile suspension. Each 4 g syringe contains 2.60 g of bismuth subnitrate (heavy).

Immediately after the last milking of lactation (dry period), clean the teats. Infuse the contents of one intramammary syringe of the product into each udder quarter (use a separate syringe for each teat) immediately after the last milking of the lactation (at drying off.). Do not massage the teat or udder after infusion of the product.
Care must be taken not to introduce pathogens into the teat to reduce the risk of post-infusion mastitis (aseptic technique). It is essential that the teat is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, with isopropyl alcohol or alcohol-impregnated wipes Teats should be allowed to dry prior to infusion. Infuse aseptically and take care to avoid contamination of the syringe nozzle. Following infusion it is advisable to use an appropriate teat dip or spray. Under cold conditions the product may be warmed to room temperature in a warm environment, to aid syringeability.
WITHDRAWAL PERIOD(S)
The withdrawal period for meat and milk is “0” days during the treatment period and after the last drug application.
MARKETING PACKAGING
Sold in a white plastic container with a lid, including 80 single-use white 4 g low-density polyethylene (LDPE) syringes and 80 teat cleaning wipes (containing 70% isopropyl alcohol). Each 4 g syringe consists of a sterile, gasket-free tube with a piston, all made from polyethylene.
