COMPOSITION
Benzoral Oral Tablet is a light cream colored tablet with a notch line in the middle. Each tablet contains 300 mg of oxfendazole and 600 mg of oxyclozanide.
INDICATIONS FOR USE
Benzoral Oral Tablet is indicated in cattle and sheep as an anthelmintic for treatment and protection purposes against adults, larvae forms and eggs of gastrointestinal worms and lungworms, adults of liver flukes and adults of Moniezia sp.
Gastrointestinal worms:
Stomach: Haemonchus sp., Ostertagia sp., Trichostrongylus axei
Small intestine: T. colubriformis, Trichostrongylus sp., Strongyloides sp., Nematodirus sp., Cooperia sp., Bunostomum sp., Gaigeria pachyscelis
Large intestine: Chabertia ovina, Oesophagostomum sp., Trichuris sp.
Lungworms: Dictyocaulus sp. (adult and larvae forms)
Tapeworms: Moniezia sp.
Liver flukes: Fasciola hepatica, Fasciola gigantica (adult)
ADMINISTRATION ROUTES AND AMOUNTS
Benzoral Oral Tablet’s active ingredient oxyclozanide is given at the dose of 10 - 15 mg/kg bw in cattle and 10 - 20 mg/kg bw in sheep and oxfendazole is given at the dose of 4.5 - 5 mg/kg bw in cattle and 5 - 7.5 mg/kg bw in sheep, practically 1 tablet is given for each 40 kg bw.
WITHDRAWAL PERIOD(S)
Cattle and sheep should not be slaughtered during the treatment and for 28 and 21 days following the last treatment, respectively. Cow milk should not be consumed during the treatment and for 5 days (10 milkings) after the last drug administration. Do not use in sheep producing milk for human consumption.

Sold as 10, 50 and 100 tablets as each 5 tablets in aluminium foil covered PVC blister packs inside cardboard boxes.
