Veterinary Systemic Antibacterial
Each ml contains 200 mg of Benzylpenicillin procaine [benzylpenicillin (procaine) monohydrate] and 250 mg of dihydrostreptomycin sulfate. Each ml also contains 0,90 mg of Methyl Parahydroxybenzoate (Methyl Paraben) (E218), 0,10 mg of Propyl Parahydroxybenzoate (Propyl Paraben) (E216) as antimicrobial preservative, and 5,00 mg of Sodium Formaldehyde Sulfoxylate as an antioxidant preservative.
Shake well before use.
Administer by deep intramuscular injection.
Cattle, sheep, horse: Practically, 1 ml per 25 kg bodyweight should be administred. Treatment should be given once daily for 3 consecutive days. The maximum dose volume administered at one site should not exceed 15 ml for horses, 6 ml for cattle and 3 ml for sheep.
Cat, dog: Practically, 0.5 ml per 5 kg bodyweight should be administered. Treatment should be given once daily for 3-5 days. The rubber stopper should not be punctured more than 80 times.
Withdrawal period: 35 days for cattle meat and sheep meat, 72 hours for cow milk (6 milkings), not for use in sheep producing milk for human consumption.
