COMPOSITION: Enrocure 10% Injectable Solution is a bright yellow colored, clear solution. Each ml contains 100 mg of enrofloxacin.
INDICATIONS FOR USE: Enrocure 10% Injectable Solution is indicated in cattle and sheep in the treatment of respiratory and gastrointestinal system disorders such as pleuropneumonia and gastroenteritis, in the treatment of septicemia, colibacillosis, salmonellosis, pasteurellosis and other soft tissue infections, and against the bacterial complications of viral infections, caused by gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria and mycoplasmas sensitive to enrofloxacin.
ADMINISTRATION ROUTES AND AMOUNTS: Enrocure 10% Injectable Solution is administered to target animals by intramuscular, subcutaneous or intravenous routes at the dose of 2.5 mg/kg bw / day for 3 days, unless advised otherwise by the veterinarian. It is recommended to be used at the dose of 5 mg/kg bw for 5 days only in severe chronic infections and in salmonellosis. Practical dose is 1 ml for 40 kg bw.
Do not inject more than 5 ml to same injection site. In such cases, divide the dosage and administer separately. Pay attention to asepsis-antisepsis while using the product.
WITHDRAWAL PERIOD(S): Cattle and sheep should not be slaughtered for human consumption during the treatment or for 14 and 10 days, respectively, following the last treatment. Cow milk should not be used for human consumption during the treatment or for 4 days (8 milkings) after the last treatment. Do not use in lactating ewes producing milk for human consumption.
