COMPOSITION
Enrocure 10% Oral Solution is a bright yellow colored, clear solution. Each ml contains 100 mg of enrofloxacin.
INDICATIONS FOR USE
Broiler chickens and turkeys: It is indicated in the treatment of diseases such as chronic respiratory disease (CRD), air sac inflammation, infectious synovitis, typhoid and paratyphoid fever of hens, E. coli infections (colibacillosis, colisepticemia) caused by gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria and mycoplasmas sensitive to enrofloxacin.
Pre-ruminant sucking calves and lambs: It is indicated in the treatment of respiratory and alimentary system disorders such as pleuropneumonia and gastroenteritis, in the treatment of septicemia, colibacillosis and other soft tissue infections, and against the bacterial complications of viral infections, caused by gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria and mycoplasmas sensitive to enrofloxacin.
ADMINISTRATION ROUTES AND AMOUNTS
Unless advised otherwise by the veterinarian Enrocure 10% Oral Solution is used in;
Broilers chickens and turkeys: Mix with drinking water at the dose of 10 mg/kg bw per day. Apply for 3 - 7 days depending on the severity of infection. Animals should be kept away from water for about 1 - 2 hours before the drug application to ensure the consumption of medicated water. After the consumption, provide clean drinking water. The medicated water should be prepared daily.
Practical dose is 100 ml of Enrocure 10% Oral Solution / 1000 kg bw / day.
Pre-ruminant sucking calves and lambs: Mix with small amount of drinking water at the dose of 2.5 mg/kg bw per day. Apply for 3 - 5 days depending on the severity of infection.
Practical dose is 2.5 ml of Enrocure 10% Oral Solution / 100 kg bw / day. When the bottle’s pump is pressed it releases 1 ml of solution. Place the pump inside the mouth and straight to the throat, and adjust the dosage.
WITHDRAWAL PERIOD(S)
Hens, turkeys, sucking calves and lambs should not be slaughtered for human consumption during the treatment and for 12, 14, 8 and 10 days after the last treatment, respectively. Do not use in hens and turkeys producing eggs for human consumption.
MARKETING PACKAGING
Sold as 20 ml in white colored plastic dropper bottle and 100 ml in white colored plastic bottle with mountable pump inside cardboard boxes, and 1 liter, 2.5 liters and 5 liters in white colored plastic bottles without boxes.
